The development of Westerpark West is in full swing. You will soon be living here with all the comforts and facilities of the city, in the green on an urban square with everything you need. The old office area serves as raw material for a new, modern residential area. From closed to open. From gray and gloomy to green and relaxed. From workplace to a relaxed living, working and living environment.

The BLEND building has a distinct appearance, but you live there in peace. Young and old will find their place here in a 1, 2, 3 or even 4 room apartment. The apartments vary in usable area from 33 m² to 134 m² and all have their own outdoor space with a view of the city and/or the green Bretten zone.

The contrasts between SALT and PEPPER could not have been greater, but that was not intentional. PEPPER is one piece of experience and emotion', SALT is subtle, elegant and structured. Living in SALT & PEPPER offers all forms of comfort. The layout of the apartments is clear and not more 'complicated' than necessary. They are all maximally oriented from the inside out, so that as a resident you can become one with the view over the city.

We try to turn 'time' into Quality Time as much as possible in every respect. In addition, exploring whether and how we can provide a possible program of collaborative and personalized services, such as cleaning and concierge services.
